Dani holds her Master’s in Human Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University for Integrative Health. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist candidate and a member of the ANA and BCNS.
Kevin is an FMCA-certified Functional Health Coach, a Certified Whals Health Practitioner, an RYT200 Certified Yoga Teacher, a Behavior Change Specialist, and an all-around jack of all trades!

What is Functional Nutrition?
Functional Nutrition is a patient-centered health care practice that attempts to get to the Source or the root cause of illness, disease, and imbalance in the body. The goal of functional nutrition is to prevent or resolve dis-ease by emphasizing diet and lifestyle changes. Functional Nutrition is holistic in nature as it takes a systems approach to healthcare that takes into consideration how interconnected every part of the body is. Functional Nutrition isn’t just about nourishing food, it is also about nourishing thoughts, relationships, and practices that support the whole individual. A prescription for optimal health involves the balance of the mind, body, spirit, and social environment to make for a resilient and well-nourished individual.
